This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for MindUp subscription services. The refund process depends on how you purchased your subscription—through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or directly on our website via Stripe.

1. General Refund Principles

MindUp offers digital subscription services that provide immediate access to premium content upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable once the subscription period begins.

However, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant a refund. We will process refunds where required by applicable law and may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds in additional situations as described below.

2. Refunds by Purchase Channel

2.1 App Store Purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play)

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are governed by that store's refund policy. MindUp cannot directly process refunds for app store purchases.

When you submit a refund request through an app store, we may share relevant account data (such as subscription status, account activity, and usage data) with that store to help process your request transparently and fairly. 3. How to Request a Refund (Website Purchases)

To request a refund for a purchase made through our website:

  1. Email contact@mindup.studio with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the following information:
    • The email address associated with your MindUp account
    • Date of the charge
    • Amount charged
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

8. Special Provisions for Certain Jurisdictions

8.1 European Union

If you are an EU resident, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by consenting to immediate access to digital content at the time of purchase, you acknowledge that you forfeit this right once the content is delivered. If the digital content is defective, you are entitled to a full refund.

8.2 California (United States)

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act. If you believe a charge was made in error or the service was not delivered as described, contact us and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.

8.3 Other U.S. States

To the extent that your state's laws provide mandatory refund rights for digital subscription services, we will comply with those requirements. Contact us for jurisdiction-specific inquiries.

9. Stripe Payment Security

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our services or by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
