Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to Personal Data we collect or process through our websites, applications, products, and services. In some cases we may provide supplemental privacy notices for specific products, practices, or regions; those supplements should be read together with this policy.

If you provide information on a third-party website or platform (including app stores, social login providers, or payment processors such as Stripe), that platform's own privacy policy governs its use of your information. Choices you make on a third-party platform do not apply to our use of information collected through our own services.

We acknowledge our obligation to all users—visitors, registered users, and administrators—to collect, manage, and process their Personal Data in accordance with the laws of each jurisdiction in which we operate.

By using the service you represent that: (i) you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy; (ii) you are at least 18 years old (or your parent/guardian has read and agreed to this Privacy Policy on your behalf). If you do not agree or cannot make this commitment you must (a) delete your account via the "Settings" function or contact us to request deletion; (b) cancel any active subscription via the method you used to subscribe (App Store, our website via Stripe, or other); and (c) remove the application from your device.
